Tasbih Fatimah

Elok dibaca sebelum tidur.

Rasulullah menyatakan kepada Fatimah bahawa hendaklah dia membaca Subhanallah, Alhamdulillah dan Allahu Akbar,masing-masing sebanyak 33 kali setiap kali sebelum tidurnya.

Semenjak itu, wirid yang diajarkan oleh Rasulullah telah menjadi amalan anak dan menantunya. Hasilnya, Fatimah mendapati dia tidak lagi menjadi keluh kesah dalam menghadapi apa jua kerja-kerja sehariannya yang berat,malah merasa cukup bahagia melakukannya.

Ayat Lima Belas

Ayat Lima Belas ini dipetik daripada beberapa surah...disusun dan dicukupkan jadi 15 ayat. Tiga faedah utama:
1. memenuhi keperluan hidup.
2. menyembuhkan orang sakit/ keracunan.

DIET RASULULLAH S.A.W

Rupanya tanpa kita sedari, dalam makanan yang kita makan sehari-hari, kita tak boleh makan sesuka hati kita saja. Inilah penyebab terjadinya berbagai penyakit antara lain penyakit kencing manis, lumpuh, sakit jantung, keracunan makanan dan lain-lain penyakit. Apabila anda telah mengetahui ilmu ini, tolonglah ajarkan kepada yang lainnya.



Ustaz Abdullah Mahmood mengungkapkan, Rasulullah tak pernah sakit perut sepanjang hayatnya kerana pandai menjaga makanannya sehari-hari. InsyaAllah kalau anda ikut diet Rasulullah ini, Anda takkan menderita sakit perut ataupun keracunan makanan.

CARA MAKAN:

* Jangan makan buah setelah makan nasi, sebaliknya makanlah buah terlebih dahulu, baru makan nasi.

* Tidur 1 jam setelah makan tengah hari.

*Jangan sesekali tinggal makan malam. Barang siapa yg tinggal makan malam dia akan dimakan usia dan kolesterol dalam badan akan berganda. Nampak memang sulit.. tapi, kalau tak percaya? Kesannya tidak dalam jangka pendek?. Kesannya akan nampak bila kita sudah tua nanti.

* Dalam Al-Quran juga melarang kita makan makanan darat bercampur dengan makanan laut. Nabi pernah mencegah kita makan ikan bersama susu. kerana akan cepat mendapat penyakit. Ini terbukti oleh ilmuwan yang menemukan bahawa dalam daging ayam mengandung ion+ sedangkan dalam ikan mengandung ion-, jika dalam makanan kita ayam bercampur dengan ikan maka akan terjadi reaksi biokimia yang akan dapat merosakkan usus kita.



Al-Quran Juga mengajarkan kita menjaga kesihatan spt membuat amalan antara lain:



1. Mandi Pagi sebelum subuh, sekurang kurangnya sejam sebelum matahari terbit. Air sejuk yang meresap ke dalam badan dapat mengurangi penimbunan lemak. Kita boleh saksikan orang yang mandi pagi kebanyakan tidak gemuk.



2. Rasulullah mengamalkan minum segelas air sejuk (bukan air dalam peti sejuk/ais) setiap pagi. Mujarabnya InsyaAllah jauh dari penyakit (susah mendapat sakit).



3. Waktu sembahyang subuh disunatkan kita bertafakur (iaitu sujud sekurang kurangnya seminit setelah membaca doa). Kita akan terhindar dari sakit kepala atau migrain. Ini terbukti oleh para ilmuwan yang membuat kajian kenapa dalam sehari perlu kita sujud. Ahli-ahli sains telah menemui beberapa milimeter ruang udara dalam saluran darah di kepala yg tidak dipenuhi darah. Dengan bersujud maka darah akan mengalir ke ruang tersebut.



4. Nabi juga mengajar kita makan dengan tangan dan bila habis hendaklah menjilat jari.Begitu juga ahli saintis telah menemukan bahawa enzim banyak terkandung di celah jari-jari, iaitu 10 kali ganda terdapat dalam air liur. (enzim sejenis alat percerna makanan).



Sabda nabi : "Ilmu itu milik Allah, barang siapa menyebarkan ilmu demi kebaikan insyaAllah, Allah akan menggandakan 10 kali kepadanya"

Keaiban Yang Ditutup Allah


Hari nie masa ikut Kak Has, Kak Ros, Ustaz Anuar ke hospital.. aku tertarik dgn kata2 Ustaz masa dalam kereta : "bila kita tutup keaiban org, ALLAH akan tutup keaiban kita" .. Aku cuba google hadis yg berkaitan..then jumpa artikel di bwah nie

Kita merupakan makhluk yang bersifat lemah dan hamba yang penuh dengan kebergantungan kepada Allah. Sepanjang kita hidup saban hari, kita tak mungkin terlepas daripada melakukan dosa.

"Dan janganlah mencari kesalahan orang lain."( Al-Hujurat:12)

Kadang-kadang kita suka mencanangkan dosa orang lain, sekalipun dosa tersebut tidak diceritakannya kepada orang lain, hanya kepada kita. Perbuatan itu mencari nahas namanya. Ingatlah akan sebuah hadith:

Daripada Abu Hurairah r.a. berkata: “…dan sesiapa yang menutup keaiban seorang muslim maka Allah Ta’ala akan menutup keaibannya di dunia dan di akhirat. Dan Allah Ta’ala akan sentiasa menolong seorang hamba selama ia menolong saudaranya…” (HR Muslim)


Hadith ini menyeru kita untuk memelihara keaiban orang lain. Sebagai timbal balik, Allah akan menutup keaiban kita di dunia dan di akhirat. Subhanallah! Masihkah kita berhajat untuk mencanangkan dosa orang lain sehingga Allah juga akan membuka keaiban kita nanti? Malulah kepada Allah, takutlah kepada ancaman Allah.

Waspadalah akan firman Allah:

“Sesungguhnya orang-orang yang ingin agar (berita) perbuatan yang amat keji itu tersiar di kalangan orang-orang yang beriman, bagi mereka azab yang pedih di dunia dan di akhirat. Dan Allah mengetahui, sedang, kamu tidak mengetahui.” (An-Nuur: Ayat 19)

COOKING ACTIVITIES is USELESS to student?


COOKING ACTIVITIES is USELESS to student? Time wasting activities? Can't be an xtra school activities? My goodness , please open your mind.. don't be too closeminded.. .. Some students do not have any chance to learn how to cook at home, some of them have never touch the pan & other utensils.. Pity them.. Especially those anak org kaya, ada bibik ... The activities can be something thrilled for them.. & will be sweet moments for them.. They also can learn to cooperate with their friends while cooking together.. So this contribute to our nation aspiration "MEMBINA MODAL INSAN".. Moreover cooking is ART OF LIFE! By right, chef is one of the demanding carrier with high pay salary.. so we should inculcate the interest & skill of cooking to the students from the younger age..

In fact , cooking is a beautiful tool to teach students science....
Science can be tricky business, particularly because science is about seeing, experiencing and experimenting. Without these, it is difficult to appreciate why things happen and how they happen. So with cooking it can cater all these...It is about looking, tasting, smelling and feeling.

Teachers would teach the students by using their 5 senses while cooking - Sight, Smell, Touch, Hear and Taste ... and create vary questions & answers to make students understand about the wisdom of science around them... about acidic& alkaline, neutralization, heat, condensation, state of matter etc..
Perhaps , tell them about the nervous system and how information is passed to the brain when we taste something ...

Roti Sardin Best



Hari ni kak ros, colleague aku kat office bg resepi roti sardin kak lin ( also my colleague ).. Sedap woo, depa bawa g office.. so sape2 yg rajin masak leh lah cuba.. aku? aku nanti dulu.. tnggu pindah baru nak cuba-cuba masak

Bahan


1 tin sardin besar

3 ulas bawang merah

1 ulas bawang putih

cili api ( bagi meletup sket )


Bhn Hiasan / Campuran


1 buku besar roti gardenia - potong kecil kepada 6 bahagian

2 biji telur ayam - goreng hancur ( goreng asing )

1 biji cili merah - dihiris halus

2 ulas bawang besar - dihiris bulat

Sedikit daun sup dan bawang - dipotong halus


Cara

1. Tumis sardin seperti biasa

2. Setelah masak, masukkan roti, telur goreng hancur dan ikan bilis halus yg telah digoreng - kacau

3. Masukkan cili merah, bawang besar, daun bawang dan daun sup - kacau rata


* gunakan api kecil semasa masukkan roti dan bahan-bahan lain ke dalam tumisan sardin.

POINTS ON HOW TO IMPROVE YOUR LIFE


This is amazing, Randy Pausch 47 yrs old, A computer Sc. lecturer from Mellon University. He died of pancreatic cancer in 2008, but wrote a book ‘The last lecture” before then, one of the bestsellers in 2007. What a legacy to leave behind … In a letter to his wife Jai and his children, Dylan, Logan , and Chloe, he wrote this beautiful "guide to a better life" for his wife and children to follow. POINTS ON HOW TO IMPROVE YOUR LIFE

Personality:
1. Don't compare your life to others'. You have no idea what their journey is all about.
2. Don't have negative thoughts of things you cannot control. Instead invest your energy in the positive present moment
3. Don't over do; keep your limits
4. Don't take yourself so seriously; no one else does
5. Don't waste your precious energy on gossip

Ayat Qursi

SINAR CAHAYA AYAT KURSI

Dalam sebuah hadis, ada menyebut perihal seekor syaitan yang duduk di atas pintu rumah. Tugasnya ialah untuk menanam keraguan di hati suami terhadap kesetiaan isteri di rumah dan keraguan di hati isteri terhadap kejujuran suami di luar rumah. Sebab itulah Rasulullah saw tidak akan masuk rumah sehingga Baginda mendengar jawaban salam dari isterinya. Di saat itu aitan akan lari bersama-sama dengan salam itu.

Hikmat Ayat Al-Kursi mengikut Hadis-hadis:

1) Barang siapa membaca ayat Al-Kursi bila berbaring di tempat tidurnya, Allah SWT mewakilkan dua orang Malaikat memeliharanya hingga subuh.

2) Barang siapa membaca ayat Al-Kursi di akhir setiap sembahyang Fardhu, dia akan berada dalam lindungan Allah SWT hingga sembahyang yang lain.

3) Barang siapa membaca ayat Al-Kursi di akhir tiap sembahyang, dia akan masuk syurga dan barang siapa membacanya ketika hendak tidur, Allah SWT akan memelihara rumahnya dan rumah-rumah disekitarnya.

4) Barang siapa membaca ayat Al-Kursi di akhir tiap-tiap shalat fardhu, Allah SWT menganugerahkan dia setiap hati orang yang bersyukur, setiap perbuatan orang yang benar, pahala nabi2, serta Allah melimpahkan rahmat padanya.

5) Barang siapa membaca ayat Al-Kursi sebelum keluar rumahnya, maka Allah SWT mengutuskan 70,000 Malaikat kepadanya - mereka semua memohon keampunan dan mendoakan baginya.

6) Barang siapa membaca ayat Al-Kursi di akhir sembahyang, Allah SWT akan mengendalikan pengambilan rohnya dan dia adalah seperti orang yang berperang bersama Nabi Allah sehingga mati syahid..

7) Barang siapa yang membaca ayat Al-Kursi ketika dalam kesempitan niscaya Allah SWT berkenan memberi pertolongan kepadanya.

Dari Abdullah bin 'Amr r.a., Rasulullah saw bersabda,

"Sampaikanlah pesanku biarpun satu ayat..."

"Utamakan SELAMAT dan SEHAT untuk Dunia-mu, utamakan SHOLAT dan ZAKAT untuk Akhirat-mu"
