Respect 2 Each Other

" ♥ Tell your spouse “I love you” regularly.

♥ A...lways say please and thank you.

♥ Never demand anything one of another, but ask kindly with respect.

♥ Husbands, dont act like as u own ur wife. Support them they are ur companions

♥ Wives don’t nag your husbands. If they have been too busy to get something done for you, and you have already asked them a number of times, try asking them after you have done something nice for them. You will find this goes over much better then telling them for example “I have been asking for two months now to fix the leaking tap.

♥ Husband, thank your wife for each meal, when laundry is done and for how well your clothes have been folded, and when the home is cleaned and what a clean house she keeps. Wives, when your husband fixes something around the home thank him and when he brings home his check tell him what a good provider he is.

♥ Each day ask the other if there is anything you can do for them.

♥ You both need to be patient with each other’s weaknesses and faults.

♥ Be always seeking what you can put into the marriage.

♥ Pray daily for each other.

♥ Keep a list of the things your spouse asks you to do. When your spouse asks you to do something make sure you put it on your list and put a date beside it so you know how long it has been there.

♥ Never discuss each others past faults and mistakes in front of other people. While your spouse may laugh along with you and not say anything about it later, you may have hurt them deep down.

♥ Don’t allow a disagreement to escalate into an argument and certainly not in public or in front of your children.

Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) said

“The best of you are those who are best to their wives.."

Surah ini paling pendek, hanya mengandungi 3 ayat & diturunkan di Makkah dan bermaksud sungai di syurga.Kolam sungai ini diperbuat daripada batu permata nan indah dan cantik.Rasanya lebih manis daripada madu, warnanya pula lebih putih daripada susu dan lebih wangi daripada kasturi.

Surah ini disifatkan sebagai surah penghibur hati Nabi Muhammad s.a.w. kerana diturunkan ketika baginda bersedih atas kematian 2 orang yang dikasihi iaitu anak lelakinya Ibrahim dan bapa saudaranya Abu Talib.

Pelbagai khasiat terkandung di dalam surah ini dan boleh kita amalkan:-

1) Baca surah ini ketika hujan dan berdoa,mudah-mudahan Allah s.w.t. makbulkan doa kita.

2) Jika kita kehausan dan tiada air, bacalah surah ini dan gosok di leher, Insya’allah hilang dahaga.

3) Jika sering sakit mata, seperti berair, gatal,bengkak,sapukan air mawar yang sudah dibacakan surah ini sebanyak 10x pada mata.

4) Jika rumah dipercayai terkena sihir, baca surah ini 10x,mudah-mudahan Allah s.w.t. bagi ilham pada kita dimana letaknya sihir itu.

5)Jika membacanya 1,000x rezeki kita akan bertambah.

6) Jika rajin membacanya, hati kita akan menjadi lembut dan khusyuk ketika menunaikan solat.

7) Jika orang teraniaya dan terpenjara membacanya sebanyak 71x,Allah s.w.t. akan memberikan bantuan kepadanya kerana dia tidak bersalah tetapi dizalimi.

Olive Oil for Weight Loss

Olive oil continues to get the recognition it deserves as part of a healthy diet. Recent research from Beloit College in Wisconsin, reported that taking 1 tablespoon per day, can help those trying to lose weight, by shedding a pound per week.

Olive oil comes from the olive tree (Olea Europaena) and is a traditional Mediterranean crop. It has been a staple for thousands of years and its healthy benefits are making it popular the world over.

How it Works for Weight Loss:

- as a good fat - Olive oil, a good fat, has been shown to burn off three times faster than bad fats, like the trans fats found in our commercial food products.

- oleic acid content - The oleic acid in olive oil is the component believed to give it the fat-fighting benefits. The fatty acid helps fat tissues stop absorbing fat from blood cells. It also aids the fat cells by secreting stored fat into the bloodstream so it can be burned off.

- oleic acid conversion - During digestion, oleic acid converts to OEA, a hunger-fighting hormone. OEA stimulates nerve cells and tells the brain you are full.

- increases metabolism - Researchers have found that women who had olive oil at breakfast boosted metabolism by 60% more than women who skipped the oil. It is believed that olive oil burns hot and fast - creating a metabolic boost.

Researchers in the study recommend taking a tablespoon in the morning on an empty stomach.
