"Yesterday at 11 am, I got a sms from my colleague K.Kausalya " Smlm i dgn bdk2 pergi klnik kirti, ambil injection rm70" ... After k.kausalya gave the phone number of Dr Nadaraja , immediately i make an appoinment at 11.50am with the Dr.. When I reach the Mediviron Clinic, i felt scared when saw a few of patient coughing.. I tried to stay as far as I can from them...At 12.20pm a man came with teribble cough..OMG, I felt like I want to ran away from the clinic.. Luckily a few minutes later my name has been called to enter the Dr's room..

I got an injection into a muscle on the upper arm. The injection that the Dr give to me was Vaxigrip..only one vaccine left in the clinic..I was the last person to get the injection before they order a new stock..but Dr Nadaraja said that he didn't know when will the stock send to his clinis..may be a month later.. What vaxigrip is all about? Here some information about this vaccine.

How does this medication work? What will it do for me?

This medication belongs to a group of medications known as vaccines. It is used to prevent influenza ("the flu"). Influenza is a common viral illness caused by 2 types of virus: influenza A and influenza B.

Each year, different strains (new, slightly different versions of the virus) appear. Scientists predict which strains will be most likely for the coming year, and then these strains are used to make up the year's influenza vaccine. Each year's influenza vaccine contains 3 virus strains that are likely to circulate in Canada in the coming winter. The vaccine only provides protection against the strains of flu virus used to prepare the vaccine.

The vaccine increases a person's defenses against the influenza virus. It works by introducing very small amounts of viral components (parts) into the body. These components are enough to stimulate the production of antibodies (cells designed to attack that particular virus), which will remain in the body ready to attack that same virus in the future.

The vaccine is used to prevent influenza for people over 6 months of age who want to reduce their chances of getting the flu.

Who are they? The agent from Dark Vader? Hehe actually they are personnel from Health Department who came to my school yesterday (18/08/09 - Mon) to give "Surat Perintah Tutup Premis"..So ini perintah ye..jgn degil .. Another 2 pupils from my school get infected by Influenza A H1N1.. Pity them, plz pray 4 them,hopefully they will recover soon from the illness..
I was not in school yesterday, happily celebrating my day..capture picture here and there...it's my 3rd convo and I was lucky to have the King on the stage,Duli Yg Maha Mulia Yg Di-pertuan Besar Ngri Smbilan Tuanku Muhriz Ibni Al-marhum Tuanku Munawir..Suppose the King attends the 1st sidang, but he can't make it so he attends the 5th Sidang (it's mine)..After the event, I went to the studio to capture the picture with my family..quite expensive, it cost me RM215..but i still willing to pay it, since this event is one of the important event in mylife..Suddenly after the photo shooting, I got the sms from my colleague, K.kausalya, K.shikin, k.see, pang that tomorrow the school will be closed...Shocking news...I don't expect the early holiday..Around 5.30pm I got SMS from my Boss En Sukimin : " Tahniah! Hadiah saya untuk graduasi awak ialah cuti 14 hari, hehe " ...so today i feel great to recover from all the yesterday tiredness :)

Yesterday at 6.30 pm, my sis Emmy & i went to Bangi.. My sis wanted to give a try at Restoran Sharifah. Her friend said that the drink here is nice...One of the drink here is Nata De Coco Vanilla..so she ordered the drink..Unfortunately the restaurant had run out the vanilla ice cream stock, so they replace it with corn ice cream, so the name should be changed Nata De Coco Corn.. the looks of the drink is great but the taste just ok..this drink taste sweet& sour..if u order this drink , u need to drink it immediately before the ice cream melts coz it will give u the horrible looks..

HOW ABOUT THE FOOD?

Their nasi lemak is quite nice..nasi kukus (don't have the picture coz i ate it last year) but the Thai food i give C grade..so if u stopped by here , don't order the Thai food..

Aisey ..the picture is quite blur, it must be my shaky hand...Yesterday, after sent Atie & her friend to UiTM Shah Alam, since it was still quite early in the morning 7.00am and my stomach was hungry,kak su & I decided to stop by Lontong Klang at Section 7 Shah Alam and had breakfast there.Lontong the Javanese food and also the loving folks. The lontong is nicely served with compressed rice (nasi impit), squid sambal (just like the nasi lemak sambal), crispy fried tempe ( made of soya bean), begedil, marinated fried chicken (ayam perap beb!), coconut milk (santan) and dessicated coconut that are delicately fried to the brownish colour and smells so good giving a unique taste to this lontong. I was informed by the owner, the shop open daily but the lontong is available only at morning..so u can eat it everyday but careful of ur cholesterol level !

True Story About Great Teacher

As she stood in front of her 5th grade class on the very first day of school, she told the children an untruth. Like most teachers, she looked at her students and said that she loved them all the same. However, that was impossible, because there in the front row, slumped in his seat, was a little boy named Teddy Stoddard.

Mrs. Thompson had watched Teddy the year before and noticed that he did not play well with the other children, that his clothes were messy and that he constantly needed a bath. In addition, Teddy could be unpleasant. It got to the point where Mrs. Thompson would actually take delight in marking his papers with a broad red pen, making bold X's and then putting a big 'F' at the top of his papers.

At the school where Mrs. Thompson taught, she was required to review each child's past records and she put Teddy's off until last. However, when she reviewed his file, she was in for a surprise.

Teddy's first grade teacher wrote, 'Teddy is a bright child with a ready laugh. He does his work neatly and has good manners... he is a joy to be around..'

His second grade teacher wrote, 'Teddy is an excellent student, well liked by his classmates, but he is troubled because his mother has a terminal illness and life at home must be a struggle.'

His third grade teacher wrote, 'His mother's death has been hard on him. He tries to do his best, but his father doesn't show much interest, and his home life will soon affect him if some steps aren't taken.'

Teddy's fourth grade teacher wrote, 'Teddy is withdrawn and doesn't show much interest in school. He doesn't have many friends and he sometimes sleeps in class.'

By now, Mrs. Thompson realized the problem and she was ashamed of herself. She felt even worse when her students brought her Christmas presents, wrapped in beautiful ribbons and bright paper, except for Teddy's. His present was clumsily wrapped in the heavy, brown paper that he got from a grocery bag. Mrs. Thompson took pains to open it in the middle of the other presents. Some of the children started to laugh when she found a rhinestone bracelet with some of the stones missing, and a bottle that was one-quarter full of perfume. But she stifled the children's laughter when she exclaimed how pretty the bracelet was, putting it on, and dabbing some of the perfume on her wrist. Teddy Stoddard stayed after school that day just long enough to say, 'Mrs. Thompson, today you smelled just like my Mom used to.'

After the children left, she cried for at least an hour. On that very day, she quit teaching reading, writing and arithmetic. Instead, she began to teach children.... Mrs. Thompson paid particular attention to Teddy. As she worked with him, his mind seemed to come alive. The more she encouraged him, the faster he responded. By the end of the year, Teddy had become one of the smartest children in the class and, despite her lie that she would love all the children the same, Teddy became one of her 'teacher's pets..'

A year later, she found a note under her door, from Teddy, telling her that she was the best teacher he ever had in his whole life.

Six years went by before she got another note from Teddy. He then wrote that he had finished high school, third in his class, and she was still the best teacher he ever had in life.

Four years after that, she got another letter, saying that while things had been tough at times, he'd stayed in school, had stuck with it, and would soon graduate from college with the highest of honours. He assured Mrs. Thompson that she was still the best and favourite teacher he had ever had in his whole life.

Then four more years passed and yet another letter came.. This time he explained that after he got his bachelor's degree, he decided to go a little further. The letter explained that she was still the best and favourite teacher he ever had. But now his name was a little longer.... The letter was signed, Theodore F. Stoddard, MD.

The story does not end there.

You see, there was yet another letter that spring. Teddy said he had met this girl and was going to be married. He explained that his father had died a couple of years ago and he was wondering if Mrs. Thompson might agree to sit at the wedding in the place that was usually reserved for the mother of the groom.. Of course, Mrs. Thompson did. And guess what? She wore that bracelet, the one with several rhinestones missing. Moreover, she made sure she was wearing the perfume that Teddy remembered his mother wearing on their last Christmas together.

They hugged each other, and Dr. Stoddard whispered in Mrs. Thompson's ear, 'Thank you Mrs. Thompson for believing in me. Thank you so much for making me feel important and showing me that I could make a difference.'

Mrs. Thompson, with tears in her eyes, whispered back. She said, 'Teddy, you have it all wrong. You were the one who taught me that I could make a difference. I didn't know how to teach until I met you.'

OMG free ?? No such thing.. being born in this century,even if we want to pee it also need money..Fitness first just a place to free ur fat..Fitness means condition of being physically fit...am i fit?

Here my body composition analysis using TBF-300 analyzer:

Body Metabolism Rate : 1347 kcal ( quite low, average should be 1500-1700 )

Fat mass : 24.6 kg ( this is equally to 2 big sacks of rice ) average 10.3kg so fat to lose : 14.3 kg

Fat % : 17- 24 %
Fat Mass: 8.5 - 13.1 kg
Predictable weight: 51.7 kg
Predicted fat mass : 10.3 kg


The targetting area, waist: at the belly button, hips : at the widest point, thigh: 6 inches above the knee cap..
My analysis is quite far from desirable range..it just like i need to reach the Moon, so that I need shutter-space.. My shutter-space : Fitness First


Yesterday i went to JJ Bukit Tinggi, initially my intention was just to ask about the fee..I wasn't intend to join it this month..I met Mr Vicky one of the consultant.. He gave me a brief and brought me around..yeah, I saw everybody happily did the exercise use all sorts of machine: treadmill, elliptical, stepper, stationary bike, rower & wave.. Moreover, it has 2 sauna rooms inside...Sound good? The most interesting part, it has the studios with well-planned schedule ..Group Exercise Studio:Body Step, Body Pump, Hi Lo, Yoga, Body Combat, Yoga, Body Jam, Body Combat, Body Attack, Line Dance...Mind & Body Studio : Pilates, Gentle & Flow, Body Balance..Then after visiting around and explaining session, here the most difficult part to face, the trapped by the business minded people..they set bait for the potential customer..Mr Vicky gave special discount, and said this discount only for 1st visiting, if I rejected the offer and planning to register at FF IOI mall it will consider as 2nd visit..I was also felt guilty to Mr Vicky if I wasn't joined the club after he spend almost 1 hour 5 min explainning..(Yeah, of course now when i think about it, I shouldn't feel guilty, those are his job routine & he is paid for that job ! ) Unconsciously, I handed my credit card to him.. as a result in a second RM310 was debitted inside my credit card & next month it will be RM 185..

Get Rid Fat?

Lately, most of my friends busy getting rid of their fat..their blogs,facebook keep on talking about it..how about me?...I used to become a person that fat, thin, fat.. now average? hmh quite a yoyo type :) .. so.... when am I going to join this club? What a terrible day .. after meeting i went to the Old Town White Coffee .. I was craving for a cup of coffee .. I parked my car at the junction near to the outlet .. since I hadn't prayed for the Zohor yet, I rushed to the table nearer .. got my order .. few minutes later the waitress served me the bread that wasn't in my mind .. gosh i had ticked a wrong box .. sipped my coffee .. then called the waitress for the payment bill .. rushed to my car .. poor car ... somebody had bumped into my car .. Luckily it's only few scratches on my car's bumper ..

PEMINAT astronomi pastinya gembira menyaksikan fenomena luar biasa gerhana mata hari yang berlaku hari ini.

Fenomena sekali dalam tempoh beratus-ratus tahun ini bagaimanapun hanya dinikmati oleh sebahagian penduduk dunia sahaja. Gerhana berkenaan hanya melintasi rantau India dan China sahaja.

Ia berbeza dengan gerhana matahari biasa seperti yang berlaku pada 26 Januari lalu. Ketika itu ia dapat dilihat oleh rakyat negara ini walaupun ia lebih jelas di selatan Sarawak yang terasa jalur gerhana tersebut.

Bagaimanapun sebahagian besar kawasan negara ini berada dalam keadaan gelap pada sebelah petang. Lebih 80 peratus permukaan matahari tidak dapat dilihat di Semenanjung sementara di Sabah dan Sarawak, kegelapan adalah 95 peratus.

Gerhana jenis ini digelar gerhana tahunan. Ia berlaku dalam jarak waktu yang pendek, seperti selang satu atau dua tahun, akan muncul gerhana jenis ini.

Apa yang akan berlaku pada pertengahan pagi ini ialah terjadinya gerhana yang agak lama berbanding dengan yang berlaku pada setiap tahun. Gerhana matahari bermakna situasi bulan berada di antara bumi dan matahari. Ketika itu bumi tidak dapat menerima sinarannya kerana saat itu bulan menghalang sinaran matahari sampai ke bumi. Gerhana akan berlaku apabila bayang matahari kelihatan selama 6 minit 39 saat mengikut kiraan ahli astronomi.

Gerhana matahari akan kelihatan saat fajar menyingsing di Teluk Khambhat, utara Mumbai, India. Kemudian bayangan gerhana akan bergerak ke arah timur menyeberangi kawasan India, Nepal, Myanmar, Bangladesh, Bhutan, dan China sebelum berakhir di Samudra Pasifik.

Gerhana ini juga akan melintasi beberapa pulau di wilayah selatan Jepun dan terlihat terakhir kali dari Pulau Nikumaroro yang terletak di Pasifik Selatan. Salah satu daerah yang paling baik untuk menyaksikan peristiwa ini adalah seluruh kota Shanghai dan pulau-pulau di bahagian selatan Jepun yang akan tertutup oleh kegelapan pada siang hari.

Sebelum ini gerhana total matahari pernah terjadi pada bulan Ogos 2008 tetapi tempohnya adalah selama 2 minit dan 27 saat.

Satu lagi peristiwa gerhana penuh di Malaysia akan berlaku pada 20 April 2042 dan hanya Sarawak dan tidak Malaysia Barat akan dapat melihatnya. Kemudian kita kena tunggu 40 tahun lagi selepas tahun 2042 untuk melihat gerhana penuh persisnya pada 24 Ogos 2082.

Itu sebabnya orang mengatakan hanya sekali dalam hayat hidup seseorang itu boleh melihat fenomema gerhana matahari total. Tetapi bagi gerhana total yang begitu lama seperti yang terjadi hari ini, akan berulang semula dalam tempoh beratus tahun lagi sebelum terjadi lintasan bulan antara bumi dan matahari.

Ramai peminat mencari tempat khas bagi menyaksikan fenomena alam semesta unik ini. Bagi para ilmuwan pula mereka akan mengesan data daripada gerhana matahari ini sebagai acuan untuk membantu menjelaskan apa-apa saja struktur dari matahari dan mengapa timbul ledakan di permukaannya. Para ahli astronomi berharap gerhana dapat menyingkap sejumlah petunjuk tentang matahari.

Sayang, kali ini gerhana matahari penuh dan lama ini tidak dapat dilihat sepenuhnya di Malaysia kerana sebahagian saja piringan matahari yang tertutup dek bayangan bulan.

Cuma 45 peratus akan diliputi pada pertengahan pagi. Jutaan rakyat India, China dan Hawaii akan bernasib baik menikmati jalur gerhana sepenuhnya yang berlaku pada abad ke-21 ini.

My First Alma Mater

Alma mater means school or University at which one was being taught. I really miss my previous life..Happily enjoying loitering or lepakking.. About lepak , my 1st experience when I was Form 2. Yeah..more than one groups of lepak. One's than still fresh in my memory was AZAM :), my first lepakking group :) .. then Angah group :) ..Of course, we as Convent girls still did our revision, lepak lepak juga, study study juga.. our favorite's place was Ipoh Parade :) just next to our school.. At Ipoh Parade , I had learned to play Detona :p .. 1994 my friends and I used to lepak each other house, rented all sorts of video & enjoyed sharing the moments together.. yeah, the video tape shop, Lion ..of course was closed later 1997 and might be suffering bankruptcy caused by excessive pirating vcd which were too cheap that time..4 vcd for rm10! .. 1997 : This was time I getting close with the group of seniors, Angah& the gang.. enjoying lepak together and one of the favorite's place was kak ida's house :)

titled, "GIVE THANKS TO ALLAH", which he wanted MJ to sing whenever he
is ready.

Following his trial, MJ withdrew to Bahrain, where he was the special
guest of sheik Abdullah bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the son of Bahrain's
king. It was then that Michael began to give conversion more "serious
thought."
MJ stayed in Bahrain for approximately 3 years. He studied Islam, the
prayers and learn to read the Koran (al-Quran).



Finally, he came back to Los Angeles and in November 2008 MJ had
formally converted to Islam in a ceremony at a close friend's house in
Los Angeles.
He perform Haj with the King of Bahrain and son on December 2008.



He had a hidden agenda when he wanted to make a final comeback. He
annouced in a press conference on March 2009, "This will be my final
concert. I'll see you all in July...."

He planned that during his concert, he would announce that this is the
FINAL concert as he wouldn't be performing anymore. He will declare
that he is a Muslim and will only sing with Yusuf Islam and Friends.
At the end of the concert, he will be singing the song, "GIVE THANKS
TO ALLAH" with Yusuf Islam. That is the reason why he chose London as
his final concert venue instead of the USA. It was because he thought
he could escape the USA's extortion, and that he could perform with
yusuf Islam who is in England.

At 12.30am, 25th June 2009, he hugged his production manager and said,
"After reherasing for 2 months, I am finally ready for the concert..."
Before leaving to sleep, he waved his dancers, "It was a good night
everyone. I'll see you all tomorrow..."
The next thing... He was pronouced dead at 2.26am....

When 911 was called, there are so much questions asked. It is as if
they didn't know who MJ is and where he lived. The questions asked are
more towards to delay time.
The hospital said the autopsy result can only be obtained after 2
months - very illogical as even the worst African technology could
obtain the result in less than 2 weeks.

MJ's family members opt for second private autopsy as they started to
feel something fishy is going on. The result came out in about 4 days
- MJ was drugged with high dosage of anaesthetic - drug that brings
about a reversible loss of consciousness, if used to much could stop
the heart from beating.

Another result which was not aired in the media was, MJ's stomach is
empty of this drug, but his blood were filled with it - same case as
the death of Marilyn Monroe.
The private doctors also found many needle marks, afraid to be forced
injections given to MJ on his bed.

In CNN Live after a week, Barack Obama was interviewed. And he said,
"I love MJ, I grew up listening to his songs. It is a great loss, but
rest assured that there is no conspiracy in his death..."
Now, why must a President made such statement before the official
autopsy result came out? How would he know that there is no conspiracy
without the post-mortem result? Seems like someone is afraid of his
shadows.

MJ was known to the world as a person who is against drug abuse. Why
must he be addicted to drug, then? If he wanted to commit suicide, why
rehearse for his concert? And why will he want to see his dancers the
next day?

Enough about his death. I am sure people around the world is not
stupid anymore. These supreme power can fool us during the Marilyn
Monroe conspiracy, Martin Luther King and Princess Diana. But in this
MJ's case, they left too many loopholes for those who think...!!

MJ's family was about to give him a Muslim burial with the help of The
Brotherhood of Islam. But, the CIA showed up at Neverland's door -
blackmailed them that if they do so publicly, Katherine (MJ's mother)
would be pull off from MJ's 3 children's custody as well as MJ's
estates. Instead, they'll hire Debbie Rowe for the purpose, and the

I am addicted to facebook as I addicted to my Nescafe Gold :) Can't live without opening the facebook, at least once a day.. I am fascinated by Pet Society, Barn Buddy, viewing the photo album of my friends , commenting and chatting. Such a release from the stress :) ... My working life is almost suffocating, just like you breath at outer space.. can we breath at outer space? Of course not, that is how i feel.. I can't keep on thinking of work when returning home.. Should i? No, I shouldn't.. So this is a path for me to channel all the stress out.. :) ..So now, i have the option , either blog or facebook :)

My memory regarding Michael Jackson

I'm sad that Michael Jackson, 50 years old, has left us last Friday, 19 Jun 2009. But he left us inspired. And unforgettable moments.MJ remind me of my childhood life...1st time i heard the news about MJ passed away..i was just like automatically remind me a lot the times when i was kid..i grow with his songs..Moonwalk inspired me..Well, MJ has become an Idol for me since i was a kid then.. through thriller and smooth criminal video, i fell in love with dancing.. i felt his the most original and most passionate when he grooves... his Mr Legend!!.. king of pop..we grow up with his song, sadly missed, and we will miss his moonwalk... he is one of the best dancer in this world truly respect to him..opened his heart & soul for Islam...may Allah bless him...Al-Fatihah...

El Nino

Recently we feel hot..Can't stand with it..And guess what? ..this type of weather will continue until September! Fuuhh.. Horror.. The heat is almost suffocating..And this is caused by El Nino phenomenon...I'm not really enjoy my holiday in Malaysia cause it damn hot. If I were a rich person, I can afford to pamper myself having holiday somewhere in cold country..UK ,US... Opss , luckily i'm not rich person, or else I can't stop myself to go there..and then "BOM" , get infected by Influenza A H1N1..With this posting, I attach an article about El Nino which I pick from the Star. Hotter and drier days ahead with El Nino

Malaysians can expect hotter and drier days till September as an El Nino phenomenon is forming.

While the real extent of the El Nino impact could only be gauged sometime in August, more open burning was expected to contribute to more haze, the Meterological Department said in a report.

Malaysia experiences a hot and dry season in the months of June, July and August and temperatures range between 33C to 34C.

It is understood that temperatures could soar another 3C during El Nino.

Natural Resources and Environment Minister Datuk Douglas Uggah Embas said the ASEAN Specialised Meteorological Centre (ASMC) satellite report had identified 125 hot spots in the country since May 25 to June 7.

“The ministry has taken a pro-active measure by reviving the committee which monitors hot spots.

A national haze main committee meeting was held in February and June 8 and local government agencies have been ordered to be on a stand-by for any eventuality,” he said after launching the ‘Genting Goes Green’ at First World Plaza, Genting Highlands Resort Tuesday.

In a further preventive measure, the ministry has continued to increase its monitoring on the situation via daily aerial surveillance with co-operation from the police air unit and private airline companies, said Douglas.

“Emphasis is given to areas that are prone to fires such as Selangor, Pahang and Johor, especially peat swamps and garbage landfills.

“We have also roped in commercial airlines such as Malaysia Airlines and AirAsia to help report open burning cases that they spot while up in the air,” he said.

The ASMC report also showed that there is an increase of hot spots in Sumatera and Kalimantan, Indonesia, totalling to 996 and 108 hotspots.

Douglas added that the country’s Air Pollution Index (API) has slightly deteriorated and now stands at 51 to 100, which is moderate.

“This has caused it to be slightly hazy. This hazy situation happened because of a stable atmosphere with a high humidity level of above 85%.

“This leads to air pollutants such as dust and emissions from vehicles and industries to collect and continue increasing in the air space, thus causing poor visibility,” he said.

According to a Meterological Department report on June 8, visibility at certain areas in Prai, Bayang Lepas, Subang, Petaling Jaya, Malacca and Kuantan has deteriorate to between 6km to 9km
